I am a Chartered Director with over 40 years Management experience and the former Shareholder & Managing Director of Carrolls Irish Gifts. I am a Leader who has proven capable of managing the diverse interests of a Company and developing its internal capabilities & strategic plans to create a best in class retail concept. I consistently delivered the financial performance/culture/people talent necessary to satisfy the Shareholders/Stakeholders and help create a successful market leader model. I am knowledgeable in all aspects of running a business.

I am results orientated but apply a mature, analytical approach to setting objectives and to solving complex problems. I am a strong advocate of Peter Senge’s belief in the need for developing a Learning Organisation where the full potential of each individual is developed to maximize the potential of the whole.
